Primigi Little Kid Starlet 2 Velcro Sneaker Not quite a dress shoe, yet not something to wear to tramp through puddles, these Primigi Starlet sneakers are in a category all their own with their leather uppers accented with sequins and bead work, fancy heart, butterflies, and stars. Yet, with their reinforced stitching around the shiny bronze capped round toe, substantial rubber outsole and thick straps that fasten with Velcro, they’re not too delicate for everyday wear.
